"I first discovered this coffee while living in South Africa and brought a bag home to Australia as a gift for a friend. She fell in love with it instantly—so much so that she had it couriered to Australia every month. That’s how special it is!

This medium roast is beautifully balanced, with a rich aroma and a smooth, clean finish. Unlike many coffees that leave a sour aftertaste, this one is consistently gentle and satisfying from the first sip to the last.

Part of what makes it so special is its heritage. I grew up with Masterton’s coffee—back in primary school, I worked as a young waitress in a café that served it. Masterton’s is a family-owned roastery established in 1924, and to this day I can still remember driving past the roastery and catching that unforgettable smell of freshly roasted beans from a block away. That same comforting aroma is still present in every cup.
